The Franchise
A controlling or minority ownership position in a professional sports team. Not a suite, not a sponsorship — a stake on the cap table.
PFV Sports Holdings exists for one purpose: to acquire ownership positions in professional sports — the franchise, the venue, and the business that runs between them. Every other division in this house is built to fund the day that check gets written.
The Mandate
This is a mandate, not a portfolio — a statement of what the division is built to acquire and the order it intends to get there. Opportunities are evaluated nationwide.

A controlling or minority ownership position in a professional sports team. Not a suite, not a sponsorship — a stake on the cap table.

The stadium or arena itself — the real estate under the team, and the most durable asset in professional sports.

The business that runs between game days — event operations, production, and the calendar that fills the building the other three hundred nights a year.

Suites, clubs, and the premium hospitality business — the highest-margin square footage in any stadium.
The Building
Every event, every concert, every lease inside it. Owning the venue is how an ownership position survives a losing season — and it is why this division underwrites the real estate as hard as it underwrites the roster.
The Advantage
Most people who love sports buy tickets. A few buy suites. This division exists to buy the asset.
The objective is a seat on the cap table — the team, and wherever possible the building it plays in. That is the top of the ladder, and it is not reached with enthusiasm. It is reached with a balance sheet.
Everything upstream in the portfolio — the trades, the property, the equipment, the aircraft — exists to build that balance sheet. This division is the reason the rest of the house runs the way it does.
Bought like real estate, not like a fantasy. The asset has to carry itself on venue economics, media, and hospitality — before anyone counts on a winning season.
How We Operate
Only the asset changes.
Wherever the deal allows, the venue comes with the team. Real estate under a franchise is the most durable asset in sports.
Underwritten on venue economics, media rights, and hospitality — never on the assumption of a championship.
These are not trades. A franchise position is bought to be held and handed down — and there is no rush toward a target that takes a decade to reach honestly.
